Clinical Research
At St. Louis Eye Institute, we understand the importance of clinical research and believe it plays a vital role in the advancement of our patient’s ophthalmic care.
Over the last 10 years, Dr. Fedyk has contributed to more than 50 clinical research trials, including pharmaceutical and medical device studies. Through these research opportunities, he has helped to determine the safety and effectiveness of many newly-developed treatments for a variety of ocular diseases.
With a dedicated research staff and state-of-the-art facility, Dr. Fedyk and his team are committed to offering his patients the most advanced, cutting-edge diagnostic and sight-enhancing therapies. Participation in a clinical research trial is completely voluntary; and because all study data is carefully collected and recorded, participants are sure to receive excellent attention and oversight of their care.
